We retain administrative data (such as invoices) for as long as required by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

Who do we share your data with?

In principle, we do not share your data with others. Exceptions include:

  • If you explicitly ask us to share data (for example with another healthcare provider)
  • If this is legally required (for example for the tax authorities)
  • With service providers who assist us (such as an accountant or IT service provider). We make clear agreements with them regarding confidentiality and security.
